Organizing calendars from various devices and access points is a daunting task that can perplex even the best techies. I have toyed with Open-Xchange (OX) off and on for about three years and have eagerly awaited each new release as the program has continued to evolve into a fantastic groupware application. For practical purposes OX has not be a fully useful option since I have been reluctant to switch to the web portal that OX provides.
